How can you save your salary slips and the offer letter that you got at the time of employment. I want to maintain this for my own record since I am trying to switch. I have been told we cannot send that through email even to ourselves. I am just curious if I wanted to show something as proof what would I do.
You can forward those attachments from your office email to your personal email or you can map your personal laptop by login in Outlook and teams and dot portal and there you can download
I'm also facing same issues, any solution for getting this issue please update me
What baffles me is that these are kind of our own records for employment. The salary slips can be mailed as confirmed below. But the offer letter situation is still dicey. I don't think they would allow on mail directly.
Both offer letter and salary slips are allowed to forward to personal email. I did that and continuously doing every month for salary slips
It is allowed to send the attachments only to your personal mail not other emails. But if you misuse, hr will take a necessary action. Or u have another option too. Login to thedot portal from your personal laptop. Then you can download the payslip to your pc.
