I am getting 22k in hand currently may I know how much in hand salary I will get after one year and after years and after 3 years. In hand pls I don't want ctc
Average 8-10% hike will make the CTC around 4.6 lac per annum from 3.5 lac per annum.
Considering you would not get any promotion within first 3 years.
Note: many B1 team members are waiting for B2 for last 1 year. Most of them are having experience more than 4 years now.
Is it true pls motivate more to make the switch asap
1st salary: 22k 1st year: 22k but quarter end salary is 26.5k including variable pay 2nd year: started with 22k after 1st bonus merge u will get 24k [quarter end salary: 28k] 3rd year: started with 24k, increased to 32k after a promotion + bonus merge. [last quarter salary: 42k]
As per my understanding Wipro is good for experience person for salary rather than freshers
Same might be they increase 5% in MSI
After 3 yrs minimum ctc of 4.75 lpa
