I have been working here in wipro for last 3 years and now i have overall 10 yrs of exp in SAP.. can somebody share a salary range for B3 having 10 yrs of exp..
Salary range for the band depends on the technology you are working. Ex: for ServiceNow developer B3 band the salary is from 22 LPA to 30 LPA because we hired recently for the account. And it might be as low as 10L. All depends on the interview performance and if you do good in that and impressed the interviewer you can always demand 100% hike.
I am working on SAP technology having total 10.1 yrs of exp and 3 yrs here in wipro with 19LPA including variable but last year got 0% hike and the same expecting this year also hence curious to understand the salary range for B3 like what will be the max drawn ctc m
I have 17 LPA as of now, just curious to know what is the maximum range for the above criteria!!
