There hasn't been any hike announced till now. Usually we get the announcement around Oct end

First you should complete at least 1 year for msi so expect it next year

It depends in rating bro. If you get 3 rating your package will become 3.7 smtg, if you get 4 rating your package becomes 3.9 smtg. And you get ratings only after working in project. So get yourself a project as soon as possible.
