Trending @Wipro; Salary for B1 band

I have marked 2.5 years in wipro and still my package is 3.75 LPA suggest me some good opportunities outside as i see myself in underpaid side. Note : i am also trying outside but they are not considering my experience as it should be 3+

This is exactly the same situation with me. Even I am trying outside but unable to find any other opportunities. Having a 2.5 years of experience with 3.75. LPA CTC is never justifiable. My skill set is: Python Automation, Python Automotive, Jenkins, Groovy Scripting, GIT, CAN-Bus, Cannoe, Vector, UDS Protocol, Engine Control Unit (ECU).
