Trending @Wipro; Salary after Mtech from IIsc?

Hey guys I came across that Wipro is sponsoring for Mtech in DSBA and AI for employees in IISC Bangalore. But the catch is, have to stay for 5 years. Will Wipro provide competitive salary during those 5 years or have to get locked in and underpaid during those 5 years.
