Hello,

May I know what is the criteria given for role based promotion.

When I checked PSP portal My current Employee role is L2 and its showing in portal.

But my Project Role in portal is showing L1 - Actualy in my roster and work i was doing L2 for more than a year.

Iam having 3 Years Experience.

Kindly let me know. Which is taken as criteria Employee role or Project Role. And how long does it take
