Hi everyone, I’m planning to nominate myself for a B2 band promotion under the role-based promotion process. I heard there’s a new N+1 rule involved—could someone help me understand what that means and how it impacts the nomination? Earlier it used to be based on our performance!

Your current band should be higher than your current role, then only you can see the N+1 role in the drop-down. Ex: you are lead in the project and your band is B2, you won't be able to see project lead option in the role change, it should be B3 then only you can see ...
