Can someone explain the 50% of CTC should be basic pay point? Are we getting any benefit out of new laws?

This is a hype, there are 28 Labour laws which have not changed. Essentially the changes are made to pro orgs and are NOT changing anything to emps. Maybe your PF deduction will increase and take home salary will reduce, everything else will be same.

Isn't there a minimum wage implementation now? Around 19k for unskilled and 32k for skilled

We will be getting less take home due to increased variable pay %
