Trending @Wipro; Retention bonus delay

Hi, I dropped my paper during september 24, management and hr promised a retention bonus, so i revoked the paper, Q3 received email confirmation from HR stating that I will receive approx 25% of my ctc as bonus during Q4. I was expecting the bonus will be given on Jan but the complete Q4 24 is over,but I have not received the bonus, HR and manger always telling excuses and say the approval pending with leadership, now it's mid of April. How do I proceed and what is the process of getting my bonus. Kindly advice Thanks
