Trending @Wipro; Resigned from Wipro after 5 Years!

After 5 years working in Wipro, I’ve finally resigned. I’ve got 2 offers, 1 from TCS with 16.5 LPA and another from IBM for 18 LPA. I know it’s a no brainer to go with IBM but if anyone feels otherwise pls let me know.

TIA!

Nothing specific. Depends if the company really likes you they might take the risk.

TCS require 3 months notice people only. If you have less than that, they won't accept.

I worked with IBM for 5.9 years there won't be any issue and you will have WFH option though it is hybrid now even after that you can do wfh. But the increment and flexibility is high. Even I resigned Wipro and will be joining in TCS in OCT Variable pay is not morethan 11% for me. You can always negotiate with them about the CTC and VP as you already have another offer.

TCS always pays variable pay But yes please negotiate to get higher compensation
The annual hike will be in single digit
Health insurance is good (kind of similar to Wipro) No one will fire you
If u are critical resource you can try for onsite
