Trending @Wipro; Resignation without offer
I have resigned without offer letter due to 3 months Notice. As no one is ready for offer letter. Kindly let me know for further preparation topics/things to done to getting offer letter. Iam Python Api developer with 5+ Years exp.

It’s a high risk gain.. one should only take this risk if 200% prepared for interviews..
It is 70:30 risk , 70 being on good side . Spend this 45 days in preparation thoroughly as you will have plenty of time . Then from last 60 days start giving interviews telling my notice period is 2 months mostly they will still say can we negotiate it then say yes I can . Accept offer then at last month tell some reason to extend (they will as they have put effort on you ) .Be prepared for 1 questwhich you will have to say(do you have any offer in hand) . For this if you have 1 atleast you can ask for higher package but suppose you did not get luck in any offer till then try telling a bit lie that I have offer in pipeline. Don’t say No offer you will get low balled .
Don't worry you still have an option to revert your resignation if your HR approves it. But if your current project does not take you back you will need to find a new one. In this scenario you will be in free pool with LOP till you find a new one. Good Luck!
Learn AWS with python and I hope you have django or flask experience. If possible learn DSA basic problems based on list , dictionary
