I have submitted my resignation last month in wipro system. Then had a discussion with manager regarding it. But I haven't received any communication from HR neither I have intiated. Should I consider that my resignation is accepted or is there any other confirmation required?
You will be getting a mail confirmation about your resignation acceptance stating your last working day, else you can check on the portal as well
I had received an auto-generated mail with manager and HR tagged in it when I had submitted resignation but after that didn't receive any mail confirmation.
Check in the portal and ask hr for confirmation
Mostly they won't initiate you will resignation acceptance mail lwd - 15 days I got like this only
Are you saying you got released in 15 days?
You need and should have the resignation "acceptance" email from HR. They will discuss and give you the email. You will receive the same email in your personal mail ID. That will be the final and confirmed last date for you.
Resignation is auto approved after 3 days, just check your email received on submitting resignation and congratulations for your future endeavours
You will get mail stating that your resignation has been accepted , make sure it is accepted by both HR and Manager .
