Hi All,
Just need clear understanding and clarification on this, pls spread the correct information.
I'm in a free pool currently and I'm searching outside now. However, I'm getting good responses and interviews are scheduling. So can I ask HR to release me immediately from wipro during my free pool. Or I have to wait for 45 days, since I'm in the B3 band.

I will suggest you wait till your free pool time ends
After completion of your free pool time Hr will told you to put the paper that time you will get immediate release and they will pay you 3 months of notice period salary in f&f
