Recently I resigned from Wipro on 16 May. After resignation from the separation portal I got an auto generated mail. But now it has been 20 days and there is not any activity from the HR. Like what is the next process and all? Can anyone tell me how many days I will accept mail from wipro?

I resigned on 6th may Got acceptance mail on 26th may after having discussions with HR

Don't worry...if you have resigned and got auto mailer..then it is final.. I don't know when they'll accept resignation, but whatever your LWD is in resignation mail that will be final..so enjoy your notice period, Declutter your mind and all the best for next phase
