Trending @Wipro; Resignation acceptance

Hii everyone , I need suggestions, I am working with Wipro from last 5 yrs and recently I put down my resignation as I got offer from similar service based company and now my manager wants to retain as I work for a client and telling to match the offer . Is it worth to stay as client is good and project also .

Have you received an offer from the Manager?

They are waiting for my affirmation then they will take it ahead to send revised salary

I think you will get it as a bonus not as a salary, has your manager received the necessary approval

You can stay

That's the silly reason your manager is telling. Every one works for the client here in wipro. Have you given three months notice? If yes, tell your manager that you have given the notice as per the policy. Or you can ask your manager the similar kind of pay structure that you receive from the new company

Yes I have submitted my r resignation and it is accepted by HR but pending with manager . They told me yesterday payslip structure will be same as wipro. I am sure client will retain me if they won’t.

Do something that is not accepted by your manager

Negotiate in hand and variable pay before accepting HR offer. Stay in if they are matching or near to your offer.

My recommendation to stay. Take advantage of the situation and ask for WFH, onsite, etc.

if project/team is good and you are comfortable working then don't switch

basically you put a condition in a way before your lwd if you got your new salary revised from your curent company is good !! or else loss is yours if they will do revision after 2-3 months also , and what if they dont after 2-3 months by saying will do revise in next cycle ?! i feel if any thing to loose will be you not employer
