Hii wipro team, I have to ask one thin what is wipro new policy about people who are in free pool, I was completed 1.8 year in wipro.and from last month I am in free pool.i here from people if you are in free people they give 3 month the termination you from company according to new policy it's correct or not?☹️

When you are in free pool, you can be released without notice period.
The time frame depends on your manager and HR.

They can also release you on the same day if they want.
