Use 90 days to get more offers with higher CTC or any of your technical/logistics preferences. While you will be preparing and appearing in next interviews (telling them you can join in 40-45 days) your notice period will be reducing day by day.

It's totally depends on hr
They are fucking asshole
I know someone like he was on free pool so if removed him the same day there was no notice period nothing they asked
And for people who are getting outside offers they are saying to serve 90 days even if we are in a free pool

Write an escalation email to the head HR maybe, and cc all the heads and mention that with early release Wipro doesn't have to pay me the 90 days amount for doing nothing.

Check buyout option is there or not ? Or ask other organisation if they are ok for 90 days notice period

Send an email to your HR and make sure their seniors are also seeing your situation. I would recommend you to brief a good explanation of your situation in the email. If you are desperate to move out, try all the way till the top most management and let the concerned HR of yours to understand that he/she is dealing with no with someone who is not going to give up. All the best.
