Received my results just now. Been asked to retake the test within 60 days. Can someone clarify what is the test. Tbh the scoring levels are unclear to me. Also, there are lot of threads going around stating , if not cleared will lead to PIP, any info on that?

This test was something that is being conducted by the talent skilling management to showcase that they are atleast trying to do some work 🤣

Nothing to be worried about. From what I can see, very few percentage of people are able to clear the test. That doesn’t mean Wipro will remove all the ones who couldn’t clear the test. If they did, the whole company will collapse 😆 it’s just a time pass thing for Wipro.
