I am in Band B1, I don't want to work with the project. If I ask for release, till how many days I will not be in LOP ? How much salary I will get on Bench and for how many days ? Urgent help needed. Please help. What after the 90 days ?
Since you want to release yourself from the project, You should give 45 days notice to your manager and you should have served 18 months in the current project.
If your manager wants to release you, he should give 28 days notice to you. There is no restriction on how many days you served.
Irrespective of how you get released, you will get the calls from 28 days before relieving from the project. You can get the project in this duration. This period is called virtual bench.
Still you will have 90 days(below B3) to get the project. This period is called bench.
After exhausting the above period, hr will initiate the exit process(for B1).
