Hi .. wipro giving 35Lpa for 6 years of candidate. But Iam getting 10Lpa. Both of us having same experience and same skills?? Is how 35 lpa possible for 6yrs of candidates??

Sounds unbelievable but there is also disadvantage for such high salary. If he loses his project, very few in Wipro will take him due to his high cost. Very high chance of going out

With such high package, wipro will not entertain them for any kind of hike further for couple of years by saying that they are earning more than market standards. It's happen in 2023 December.
