Trending @Wipro; Regarding irrelevant training assignments.

Hi team i am working on the cloud but some irrelevant training is assigned to me and they are telling me to complete it otherwise you have to face HR actions..This training is a totally different technology and I don't want to leave my current profile

What action they will take if i did not complete it.. i am in LOP and occupied with my cloud training which is going on.

Please let me know your suggestion?
