Hi. Have joined 26 Aug 2021, 4 years completed for now. Iam planning to switch the wipro, as no hikes from 4 years . Iam with the same ctc as offer letter. What is wipro gratuity pay rule, when I can get eligible for it ? 5 years or 4.7 years ? Shall I continue or exit Wipro ?? Can you please suggest . My basic pay is 63K
4 years 190 days of continuous service will enable you to receive gratuity pay..

I suggest you to find better offer and move on …because we will not recieve any hike another 10yrs, this is the situation in wipro.. Regarding gratuity, as per the wipro policy it will start once 4.4yr completed in wipro but better check with HR once.
We need to be in Wipro for 4 years and 190 days. so it is better to wait, you get some good amount around 1.8lakh..
Calculate 190days
Prepare well for 3 months and if you are confident then resign the company.. 90 days NP

What is your ctc , tech stack while joining in Wipro ? Maybe it's in the high range because you didn't get any hike for the last 4 years... I think exp * 2x or exp 2.5x is the calculation followed
I think 4 years 240 days service...then only your eligible
