Trending @Wipro; Regarding gratuity pay

As per wipe 4yrs 190 days of service is eligible for gratuity.

Does it include NP also ?
Does it include bench /lop?

I have joined on 26-Nov-2021 in wipro. By the June 5th 2026 I’ll be eligible for gratuity as per wipro policy. If I resign on this March 7th then my 90days will be completed by june5th. Will they calculate NP also for gratuity? Or should I wait till June 5th for resignation?? Please Help me? Any HR here please respond. Iam getting offers from outside now.
