Hello All,

Can anyone please tell if myanager nominate for band promotion from b1 to b2 then i will get promotion ? Its based on totally managers decision or management decision ? Also another on member from my team were nominated so we both will get promotion at a same time or only one person will get ?

Bro, it's totally up to the manager's decision. If your manager nominates you, you will get the promotion. Management usually goes with the manager's recommendation. And yeah, if both of you are nominated, both can get promoted at the same time. Don't worry, just chill 😎
