I am in free pool from past one year and i am planning for my masters in australia and i have a expreince at wipro for 2 years whom to ask the LOR(Letter of recommendation) and should we raise any ticket for it does anyone know about it.

In free pool for a year? I thought wipro asks you to resign or terminates if you're in free pool for more than 3 months? Am i wrong? Recently joined Wipro.
