When should I resign to skip bad review comments and escalation during appraisal, is it self review stage , manager review stage or dm review
Why to resign ?
Case A) If Manager is good, then take the review as positive feedback and improve on it.
Case B) If Manager is bad, then change project/ manager
Case C) If you want a salary hike which the company cannot pay, then resign and switch company
I recieved escalation from customer they are telling about negative feedback , I need sometime to switch probably around 2 months .I fear this negative feedback in appraisal would led to rating 2 , and I fear this negative feedback would impact my career as previously in these cases I have seen people getting rating 2 and all.
Change project, talk to project managers from other accounts. Reach out to RMG, HR etc. If nothing works after you have tried then only switch
