Trending @Wipro; Query regarding withdrawal of resignation

I have applied for resignation on Nov '24 and currently serving notice period. But currently, the company which I'm going to join withdrawn my offer letter due to which I have to apply for withdrawal of my resignation from Wipro.

So my queries are :

  • Is it possible to withdraw resignation from Wipro?
  • If so, then what is the procedure (as per latest policy) and deadline to apply for the withdrawal?
  • Is there any cooldown period after the withdrawal of the resignation.

Mostly if your billable position they will accept. Any replacement found for your position and is there any negotiation discussion happened post dropping resignation?

You can withdraw your resignation, but after that, you have to stay in the company for some years or months as per the policy
