Trending @Wipro; Query regarding LOP

I'm a fresher at Wipro, joined in May 2024. I colleague of mine who also joined along with me has only 29 days of billability. She kind of nervous that if she didn't get a project in the next 4 months, she might go into LOP.

Can someone please clarify regarding the LOP for freshers. Will there be an LOP in the first 2 years. Will 29 days of billability be enough (assuming she didn't get billable in the 4 months).
