For the past 2 Qtr. I have been told by my L1 that I am being Nominated in the system by him, However not Received the Promotion Soo far.
The only issue i see in this situation is-
1- We dont recieve any system notifications or milestones regarding the progress or Nomination confirmation in the Wirpo Portal (DOT)
2- If the Application is being rejected for whatever reason, the least that the system can do is share feedback or the reason of the same.
Without these 2 things i dont see how would a fair and honest Promotion cycle be conducted.
Nominations mostly happens in backend. Regarding the nomination status you can always confirm with your HR if it is actually done by your L1 and also check the progress any time.
Actually there are so many nominations and only few are being accepted by leadership based upon the past ratings and your practice budget.
If u ask same with hr they will simply say either it's confidential or check with your manager. Your manager will revert with same reason.its just a loss of employees side always.
Selection process is confidential but your nomination is not. As per policy HR and L1 manager have to provide the clarity on your nomination and selection status.
