Is there any mandate based on experience to get nominate in Wipro for laterals. I would like to know about the minimum experience needed to get nominated for B2 to B3

The eligibility criteria is, you need to have at least two appraisals in the organisation.

I got my first rating in 2023 and I'll be getting this time will it count as 2. BTW I joined in 2022 Jan

I joined in same year and was nominated by my manager twice but it was not approved at leadership level. I don’t think it’s gonna happen soon 🫠😂
