I heard there is no promotion after 3 years ,there will be only bonus i think

You will automatically be eligible for a promotion to B2 band after serving 18 months in the company. Have a one on one chat with your manager asking the same.

My manager nominated me for my promotion and I’m waiting for it right now. Hopefully 🤞 I’ll get it in coming few months.

You will only get promotion when you rotate to higher roles. The nomination process has been dissolved.
