Trending @Wipro; Promotion

I joined in oct 2021 but got no promotion or hike so far so better find another job and leave with good switch hike of more than 30%. People who got hike this year also didn't get more than 3-5%. So don't waste your productive years in your career and get out of here unless you see a good onsite opportunity here.

Hey buddy, it happened to me and many of my friends as well, Wipro is not giving any promotions or hikes to their employees. You can find a better opportunity if you have a good skill set
