I’m a scholar trainee in Wipro and this is my last year in this program I have been assigned to a project automatically from bench 4 months ago but still customer ID is not created but some work environment overview kt happened in noc team 2 months back but not assigned to that team Aswell So, I have attended other project interview and got selected but now current project ADH is saying I have to stay in this project for 2 years as per policy he also said contact wmg if I need release also mentioned they will not help now what I have to do somebody kindly suggest me.

Till you complete your wase/wista program system considers you as a NGA and doesn't allow to deallocate without practice head approval.
Talk to your practice manager, he will be to help you.
If it didn't help, show genuine here and try to get some work.

WMG and HR will see if you are in a Project or not, that's it.. expecting any other help from them is not worthwhile

Policies can be tricky. Contact WMG, but don't expect miracles. Communicate with your manager about your goals. If all else fails, consider external opportunities. Stay focused on your career path.
