Trending @Wipro; Project change and growth

Hi , I have been working in Wipro for 10 years. I am in Testing project and will get released from the project in 1 month. Was a critical resource earlier but suddenly I am no longer a critical resource. Looks like they are not ready to give me promotion as I am already in B3 more than 3 years now. Just after the promotion cycle email this step was taken. It is becoming difficult to find a project through the IJP. What to do in this case?
