My new project managers are saying that first we should complete the task given by client then after their feedback they will decide whether to give bill ability or not. They haven’t cleared it before what can be done now as HR is saying she cant help upon this and I should speak to WMG , i dont know if wmg can help upon this.

In my account it is also the same, Any new joiner joined team will not get direct billing.It depends upon client to client.For any freshers or NGA joined will not be getting immediate billing,when you start delivery independently then only billing starts.
