Trending @Wipro; Project Allocation Ending
Hello Folks, wanted some guidance on project completion. I worked in a project for almost 1 year and now it is coming to an end also there are not many projects related to my domain in Wipro. There are few projects but the experience level they demand is not matching with mine so what can I do in this case should I try switching or wait here. Please provide your valuable thoughts or experience on this🙏
Please Try to switch, I was in same situation, After my project ended, I struggled a lot to find the project. Days passed and my 90 days bench period is over and got call from my HR to resign. Thanks a lot to my previous manager who helped me in the last moment and provided billable opportunities within a day, Otherwise I was forced to resign. Since that I learnt a lesson, never wait for the project, just switch and move on. I hope my story will help you 🙂
