Hi, Inwork in TD bank project, just saw that wipro has installed proHance software to track the productivity. Difference between work and non work activities.

How to bypass this software?? And if we work in VDI how would they track productivity in Wipro machines??

Under VDI they don't track the activity.

Even if you are away from the system for 15 minutes you have to provide a reason... doesn't matter if you are in VDI or not..

If inside VDI how can they question the activity on wipro machines? My team's will be away only? New way to layoffs

You can't. It records time based on the continuous activity like scrolling and typing.
