Being on the bench and Lop feels like hell.so I have decided to look for job opportunities from the outside world. I hope people won't let me hope down.

I wonder when you speak such maybe one can be a skill mismatch but if you talk about me C1 band 6 years no promotion or salary hike. How should we write it and to whom. My advice would be to go legal with the company who is playing with the future of employees. File proper case and take it ahead. Or loose the job n keep crying n trying for another company. Wipro Technologies is more or less like patriarchal company who only support their known and liked ones.

Yes True Here are the concerns I have about working at Wipro: Changing Policies: The company’s policies are constantly changing, and even senior management often seems unaware of the current rules. This lack of clarity leads to confusion and frustration. Loss of Pay Policy: The loss of pay policy is particularly troubling. If an employee doesn't secure a project within a specific timeframe, they end up without a salary, which seems unfair. It's the company's responsibility to assign projects based on the training and skills they provide to their employees. Lack of Career Growth and Domain Switching: There are limited opportunities for career advancement, and internal job switching across domains is not facilitated, which hampers professional development. No Salary Hike and Bonus Policies: There are no consistent salary hikes, and the bonus policy is problematic. Employees are required to return bonuses if they leave before completing two years at the company, which seems unreasonable. Moreover, the Merit Salary Increment (MSI) is not uniformly applied; only a select few received MSI letters last year, creating a sense of inequality among employees. Management Issues: Management appears disconnected from policy awareness and contributes to a challenging work culture with high pressure and tight deadlines. Despite having many employees on the bench, they often hire fewer people than needed for projects, overburdening those who are assigned work. Termination Practices: Recently hired employees who haven't been deployed on projects are receiving termination letters, which is disheartening. The company seems to be letting go of staff simply because they haven’t been allocated to a project, which is not the fault of the employees. Mass Hiring During the Pandemic: During the 2020-2022 pandemic period, Wipro engaged in mass hiring, even though there weren't enough projects available. As a result, many employees have been on loss of pay for extended periods, sometimes up to a year, without being deployed on projects. Workplace Politics: There appears to be regional bias in the workplace. For example, in locations like Tamil Nadu, local employees are often favored over others from different states, leading to discrimination and feelings of exclusion. Overall, these factors contribute to a difficult working environment with unclear policies, inequitable treatment, and a lack of support for career growth.
