If a male employee is found guilty, what actions would be taken against him? Is there an issue with his employment or he would be given warning and they close the investigation, want more inputs please

If a PoSH complaint is raised, an inquiry committee investigates. Being friendly isn't harassment, but context matters. Misuse of PoSH is also taken seriously, so tread carefully.
