Trending @Wipro; Pls help in Wipro one

I got new project and my manager gave my last date, then looped TSH memeber to set the same in wipro one portal. TSH memeber replied that "There was error occured while fetching PIP details" i have not been nominated to PIP in any appraisal. Now TSG member has reverted to my manager for closing the pip. What can I do now. Is that any technical issue in portal.

This years ratings are not released till now how can it is possible to put someone on PIP without rating issue. Must be technical issue. They will fix . Keep follow up with them every 3 days whether issue is fixed or not.
