Trending @Wipro; Please advice

Has anyone been terminated from the wipro company without email communication? Our HR only communicated on Teams & calls that please resign from your end otherwise will have to raise termination action against your employment which will impact negative behavior on your career. We did not receive any emails but were forced to resign on team call & normal calls. On call mentioned will send email communication. Any advice?
