Hi folks, 2 months back I got into PIP. My PIP is for 3 months. It will be completed by November 2025. Will they fire me or retain me. Last appraisal time they rated me 2. That's why they put me in PIP. Any idea what will happen next. They will retain or fire me. Any one came across this process or anyone aware of this thing. Please reply on this.

Hey, PIP can go either way, really depends on your performance during it. If you show improvement, they might retain you, otherwise, it could lead to termination.
Billable - you need to check your project manager
Free- trying to looking jobs because you need to grain knowledge to other company
Suggest you to put papers, start searching outside, they will relieve you with experience letter
