Hi, I am in a B2 band and in a 100% billable role. I have received many appreciations and testimonials from customers for my individual and team work. However, the practice is demanding me to participate in practice-related or practice initiative works, including revenue generation. I have not been able to do that due to the high demanding work in the project and as a result, received 3 ratings.

Is anyone else in the same situation? How do you suggest tackling this?
