Trending @Wipro; People only blame wipro
I have seen so many negative posts about wipro. I don't understand why everyone is only talking bad about wipro. What about too many learning sites Wipro provides on time salary bonus, healthcare and many more. But most imp is learning options and earning options. It has topgear and topcoder so you can earn as a freelancer just you have to be skillful but no one will talk on these things because while talking about these things they cannot blame wipro for their failure. I HAVE SEEN 2 PEOPLE WHO WERE ON LOP AND LATER THEY HAVE DONE SO MANY TOPGEAR AND TOPCODER THEY GOT PROJECT WITHIN 1 month. So stop blaming and start learning.....we are not in the wrong place we are in the right place.you will not find any of these options on any startup and smaller scale companies they only pay you a big amount because apart from that they will not invest in you. So utilize these 2 4 years in learning with wipro then you can go anywhere and earn more
A lotta people speak badly about Wipro because they have bad managers. Most of the times these people speaking badly are not even upset or mean to harm Wipro's reputation, but their managers lead them to do so. I have a manager who is unconsciously bias all the time, she is a part of the Inclusion and Diversity team, however, she is also very biased in what she does. It's like the saying about managers "Do as I say, not as I do" this fits what she does perfectly. So yeah, there are genuine cases where the organization is at fault but in most cases it's the managers who are at fault for Wipro being spoken about badly.
Most people who bitch about Wipro have faced YEARS / repeated false promises.
Join my team.. then you will know. I was given a technical role written on my offer letter but after joining I'm thrown to customer site and there is no learning still too much headache, no technical task just email communication and excel entries.
Yes, I understand that they are providing a good opportunity. But what is the meaning of that only doing your work and workload is high nowadays.
