Trending @Wipro; People getting moved to new MSP where project is moved. Is it allowed?

So currently our project has been down in Wipro and it’s being handed over to new MSP and what I saw is the people are resigning from Wipro and joining the new MSP and having tagged to same project for KT. To the best of my knowledge it wasn’t allowed like an individual has to wait for 6 months before joining the same client but here it’s totally opposite. This is causing a huge loss for Wipro I believe.
