People are eager to receive MSI, Checking the MSI app again and again but once they receive and see the difference in money they'll get disappointed. So don't keep your hope on msi try switching you can see the difference in money.

If you crack an interview, tell them you will join in 60days..accept the offer.
Put the resignation here.
Keep on trying for more offers. Try to get atleast one more offer on the 2nd month of your notice period where you don't have to lie because on the 2nd month you will have less than 60 notice period days.
If you don't get anything after the 1st offer in 60days, request them to extend the joining date, there's a chance it will get extended.
In certain scenarios like, quarter end or year end you will get early release if you are in notice period and in free pool for budget constraints.
Anything can be planned and done if you have the ability to crack interviews and negotiate.
I opened my msi letter more than 4 hours after I got it. I knew it wouldn't be a big deal and why not delay the disappointment 🙂
