Trending @Wipro; One of my friend is going to complete 3 years in same account. As per new policy can she stay in this account if there is need for her?

As per policy if anyone completes 18 months in a project the person has to move to a next project. Else they need exception from client to continue.

Manager can provide billing amd defer rotation. I know people who are working in same project from 4 r 5 years

1. Its not mandatory. Im in the same account for 4 years.
2. Manager can retain an employee for 6 months.

Usually the tenure rotation can be deferred for the first time but once you complete 36 months, you will be tagged to another account even if you are critical in your account.
