Wipro has so many employees on lop and it has become so hard to get any projects so much job insecurity like seriously Any comments??
True man! But the thing is Hr being hr only connecting with those who they think are needed and leaving those who are not needed. no replies to emails not attending calls but they force those who want to go out saying dumb things. And now they having these stupid policies which can't say anything definitive. So it's their will.

Even billable project Employees didn't got proper variable pay as per their CTC
As an organisation how sad it is that even the billable employee will leave the first thing they can wipro is creating a down fall for itself no job security nothing and no hike for freshers also does tcs and other service based has this lop nonsense??
