Yeah man! My ODC people have said that it's ok if you don't come, but my manager is asking to go even though I'm the only one at ODC. That's the reason I just swipe in and out.

Why such rules when you are working in night shift? Wipro has one exception for people whose log in or log out falls between 8 PM to 6 AM , they can take manager approval in system and then work from home, no leaves will be deducted

Especially for night shifts , if you can request your manager , you are allowed to WFH
